If you have a home to rent in our community and want to have it posted to this site, please send an email to the Arlington Ridge Webmaster (arwebrequests@yahoo.com) with the information you would like included. Include a picture if possible. Our policy is not to post the rental fees because they may change or vary depending on the season.
Please remember that no tenant shall occupy the home without prior approval of the Application for Change in Occupancy form. The form must be completed, signed by the homeowner and delivered to the Administration Office with a signed copy of the lease before any contractual agreements are implemented. A copy of photo ID of the lessee(s) must be included. Only after approval is granted by the ARCA's Board of Directors, may the lease go into effect. The form can be obtained from the Administration office or found on this website under Documents from the menu on the left and select the "Community" Category. If you use the services of a realtor, be certain they have a copy of this form.
